NO SOLACE, ONLY WAR- INSIDE THE WORLD’S BIGGEST BATTLEFIELD

“WAR IS THE COSTLY WAY OF ACQUIRING REAL ESTATE.” War is the deadly and unfortunate process mankind have devised to solve disputes. History has remain a witness of numerous cold and senseless wars that has ravaged humans. From the early days when ALEXANDER THE GREAT shattered a 1,00,000 strong Persian army to the TWO WORLD WARS which had created bombarded streets all over EUROPE, war has benefited some but harmed many. Great leaders make war plans at the PARLIAMENT while young soldiers die in the battlefield. Today, at the age of AEROPLANES AND INTERNET also, the world is not out of the scourge of the word WAR. Let’s take a look at the world’s major present day battlefield where modern warfare are ensuring that thousands get killed every year.

ISRAEL-PALESTINE WARZONE- It is said that JESUS CHRIST was crucified at JERUSALEM, So this place will never witness peace. This thing seems to be a reality as today the clash between ISRAEL and PALASTINE over disputed land of GAZA strip is seeing massacre of hundreds every year. Regular rocket shelling and helicopters attack has become a part of life in this GODFORSAKEN land. The major issues involving this conflicts are land disputes, control of JERUSALEM, border security, water rights issue and legal status of refugees. This war has made an animal out of human as internet has loads of pictures showing shakable human atrocities being carried out there.

INDO-PAK WARZONE- The Britishers have separated not only HINDU AND MUSLIMS by PARTITION OF INDIA but has started a conflict which have promoted a cause of suspicion and hatredness among INDIA and PAKISTAN. JAMMU &KASHMIR remains the sole purpose for this crisis which has seen 4 wars. Subsequent wars in 1948, 1965, 1971(for Bangladesh liberation) and 1999(kargil war) has brutalized this place once called as HEAVEN or PARADISE on earth. Following the ceasefire of two forces in the 1948 war, LOC(LINE OF CONTROL) was drawn with parts pf KAHMIR going in PAKISTANI hands and was renamed as AZAD KASHMIR.

CIVIL WARS OF AFRICA- Poverty is a root cause of hunger and hunger develops conflict. SOMALIA, RWANDA has been crippled with this crisis as the nations in AFRICA are fighting against hunger. Lots of RUSSIAN and EUROPEAN ARMS DEALERS are making billions funding and selling arms to these nations. Bullets are being sold in this nation instead of bread. HUMANS HAVE CHOOSED TO DESTROY THEMSELVES.

MIDDLE EAST AND ARAB WORLD- Since they have the most crucial mineral on the world i.e. OIL they are the targets of developing and developed superpowers. IRAQ and AFGHANISTAN are facing their worst time as everyday almost clashes between defence forces and extremists are unleashing hell to the life of harmony and peace loving individuals.

WAR and being in A STATE OF WAR is the last thing any nation would want. Still HUMAN GREED is unlimited. Powerful nations are turning blind eyes against these. PLATO had coined a quote which is appropriate for this subject. “ONLY THE DEAD HAVE SEEN THE END OF WAR”
